Main Responsibilities of a Surf Taco Crew Member:
- Welcome and greet guests and assist with "the way of the taco"
- Know the menu and how to use the POS system
- Assist guests with the menu and drinks and appropriate combinations
- Handle all phone orders quickly and correctly
- Set guests expectations for food delivery timeframe accurately
- Take guests' orders and direct guests to Soda and Salsa Bar
- Settle bills with guests; handle money or credit cards transactions
- Garnish and Serve food properly and quickly to dining guests
- Clear tables and return dishes to the kitchens
- Maintain a clean, energetic and positive environment throughout your shift
- Keep all areas that you are responsible for stocked and clean
- Complete all sidework at the beginning and end of each shift
