Full-time
$55,000 - $65,000 +bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acting with integrity and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Providing excellent customer service and coaching others to do the same
- Training all staff members and ensuring that everyone is treated with respect
- Developing positive relationships with all Surf Taco Employees
- Follow all cash handling procedures
- Manage inventory and place orders for all product
- Accountable for the restaurant’s P&L results
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years in retail or restaurant environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead others
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships
